I want to tell you about one quiet love of mine - yoga.
It's not about a bendy body, or pictures of perfect asanas, or even fitness. It's about the stillness within, about me becoming me again.π
I started simple: a mat, YouTube and a desire to unload myself somehow. And then I noticed how my body started to respond. How mornings started to start with breathing instead of anxious thoughts. How I heard what was inside me for the first time in a long time.
Yoga is my personal way of stopping, feeling the ground beneath my feet and reminding myself, βI am hereβ. I am not tasks, not deadlines, not expectations. I am a person who is simply breathing.β¨
