I’ve always had a naturally slender and strong tummy so sometimes, I’ll admit, I slack on my core workouts. Well. Last month I had a little back/spine issue and I was in a lot of pain (all better now- no worries!) so my chiropractor made me promise to start planking every. Single. DAY. I’m a good girl (hehe 😈) so I did as I was told. The first time I did it I held the plank for 45 seconds. By last Tuesday I’d worked my way up to 1:35 so this Tuesday I thought I’d go for 5 more seconds and I figured if I record it and share, you can help keep me accountable 💜 Lol gotta have a healthy back and spine if I’m going to keep shaking my ass for you for another decade or so, AMIRITE?! 🤣
