You lay in darkness, no noise and you just float and it’s an amazing time to let go and relax and even mediate!! Anywhooooo I was meant to show u this lil video of me getting ready to go this morning but I’m true Aimee style I was in a rush hahaha! 🙈🙈 so here it is lol! 🤪
