I woke up feeling not my best. Truely, I felt so small in the world, so overwhelmed by the smallest things & just in a big ol brain fuzz... Iโm sure you know what I mean!๐๐
So when it started raining today I thought FUCK IT, todayโs cold shower is gonna be outside. Iโm going to connect with mummy nature, let her rain wash over me and refresh me! It felt SO FUCKING WONDERFUL. I felt so peaceful, joyful and grateful. I pranced around like a little ch!ld. I let my ego down and allowed myself to PLAY!
Today I have left raw audios and soundtrack... because the rain pitter patter and the thunder in the background is just so so lovely.
This outdoor play time did wonders for the rest of my day & allowed me to feel within my body again, ground myself and just be present. Of course I captured some of my play time for you- but I spent so much time on my own, off screen doing handstands, cartwheels... just embodying my inner ch!ld.
