The past couple of days I’ve found myself rugged up in my beanie, fluffy pink socks & a snuggly jumper with either a pen in hand and journaling, reading a book, listening to peaceful tunes in my earphones or just watching the busy world outside from my balcony.
When was the last time you just sat & observed ?
Observed others?
Observed yourself?
Observed your mind?
I’ve been really focusing on slowing things down- especially as my mind can become such a crowded place filled with not only my own thoughts/feelings/emotions but those of others whom I unconsciously absorb as I’m extremely empathetic and a woman who can feel energies like anything.
I know it’s easier said than done- but u deserve some peace, some rest- so this is a lil friendly reminder to allow urself to slow down & take some moments for your precious self. ✨
