Life can get crazy, it can feel overwhelming - trust me I know how it feels & I know you guys know how it feels too. But music is magic. And it has done wonders for me. The words we hear and digest truely do play a huge role in our wellbeing, in the creation of our reality and in the ways we feel/view ourselves & life.
I play this song and sing the words to myself in a mirror, or in moments when Iβm dancing with myself- I look into my eyes and HEAR the words. I tune in, and FEEL the words. βIβm proud of youβ. - we so rarely celebrate ourselves or hear the words Iβm proud of you- from others, or especially ourselves! So this song is a great affirmation!! πβ¨
Iβm not sayin u have to dance around naked in ur kitchen singing these songs, like I do (although that would be pretty dope π) but I do encourage you to be open minded about the music you consume & perhaps slipping songs like this into your Que on the way to work & letting the words sink in. βΊοΈπ
