Sometimes celebrations for me looks like cheering myself on for going and doing food shopping that I procrastinated the whole week on doing (it’s honestly just something that is sometimes SUPA hard for me) other times it is celebrating hitting a PB at the gym, other times it’s celebrating hitting major personal goals and other times it’s celebrating the sunshine on my skin.
