My INITIAL intentions were to reply to the questions ya’ll put in the comments the DAY OF, or at least very soon after, but it has now been almost a week 🤓 anddddd that’s quite normal in my world.

I was officially diagnosed with ADHD in my early adulthood. I was given drugs to help me, but for my personal case, I didn’t want to accept having to rely on them, instead I sought & still seek natural alternatives. (I still use the medications every now & then when I need to focus or organise ma shittttt 🤣, but preferably I ask a super organised friend for some help, with patience)

I know exercise is CRUCIAL for my brains function, so it’s a must in my lifestyle, eating well & healing my gut health. I also take mushroom elixers that are fantastic, along with natural calming supplements. I don’t have coffee as it makes my brain too wireeedddd 🤣 that’s to name a few of the practical things I do.

I still struggle some days with accepting myself & my “hard-wiring” so to speak, 🤓🤣 but fighting with myself just isn’t helpful. Being gentle with myself, reminding myself that I’m like an “apple tree” and I grow apples, I will never grow oranges like the orange trees, and THATS PERFECT- ya feel me?

Alsooooo I’m not too attached to the label of ADHD, I think it’s just a way hoomans have tried to box us in- I just try to learn more about MY being everyday & do what works for me! 🤓 and occasionally have meltdowns in the mix cause it’s gets a lil overwhelming but then I get back up & keep on the journey! 😆💪
