Cleaning is a workout now, and so is trying on clothes that used to fit loose on me 100 lbs ago! My belly has gotten a lot heavier and lower. I am back on the shake train! Chug a shake jiggling and wobbling in my tight shirt. I think I can still wear it out to eat at the buffet. What do you guys think?
