

my ig questions were filled with diet questions. π 1. I eat whatever i want. My metabolism is wicked from bulking @3k cals and having some more lean mass π©΅ 2. I just prioritize protein and aim for higher carb. I donβt count macros anymore Note: i really only eat whole foods which makes it much easier. I have to due to my autoimmune π¦ 3. I donβt train core with weights, itβs strong through yoga and calisthenics 4. I just enjoy lifting and the masochism that is beating myself up. The change in performance and appearance is addicting.
