Btw, I often am meeting w attorneys because of intellectual property, trade secret, licensing, & partnerships - that's why so many. But my accounting team did eventually return with an acceptable strategy that I did not lose my S all over this time (if you recall, I was having a heart attack over it last time like "you're not hearing me. And I'm serious. Do not come back without hearing what I'm telling you" I'm super sweet & nice here of course. Some of my employees might think different😂. But I'm always fair and work to make them successful. Secret of being the Boss? You're actually the servant to everyone, all employees, all customers, you sweep the floor and turn out the lights at the end of the day. You get paid last after everyone has eaten. It's not like it is in movies. (And I doubt they see me as "sexy" the way you might)
