Workout Day 2 of Week 4 - Shoulders, Arms & Cardio
Barbell Military Shoulder Presses - (3 x 12/10/8)
Dumbbell Alternating Front Raises (3 x 8-10 each side)
Rear Deltoid Flys (3 x 15-20)
Cable Lateral Raises (3 x 10 each side)
Supersets: Barbell Standing Curls (3 x 10-12) with Dumbbell Hammer Curls (3 x 12)
Supersets: Bench Dips (AMRAP, aka "As Many Rounds As Possible) with Reverse Grip Cable Triceps Pushdowns (3 x 10-12)
Cardio - Spin bike, 30 minutes
