3 x 8-10 Dumbbell Arnold Press
3 x 12 each leg Cable Kickback (no rest between legs or sets)
superset with
3 x 12 each Cable Side Kick
3 x 12-15 Dumbbell Upright Row
superset with
3 x 12-15 Dumbbell Sumo Squat
3 x 10 Dumbbell Swim Flys
3 x 10 each leg Sideways Single Leg Press
Cardio: 30 minutes Stair Stepper Machine interval program, alternating 2 minutes @ moderate level with 1 minute @ high level
