Highlight video of my gym workout this afternoon. Today's workout was a strength (so lower reps with heavier weights than usual) followed by a brutal 2 rounds of plyometrics. Here's the exact workout:

3 x 10, 8, 6 Barbell Bench Press

3 x 10, 8 6 Barbell Back Squat

3 x 10, 8 6 Barbell Row (underhand grip)

2 rounds of the following plyometrics with no break:

15 Wide Stance High Jumps with pulse at bottom
15 Sumo Stomps per leg
15 Grasshoppers
15 Walking Squats each direction
15 Switch Jump Lunges per leg
30 Low Sumo Squat Pulses
*Repeat all the above

Not a long one but a very, VERY tough one!
