3 x 10 Hex Bar Deadlift
3 x 12 Row Machine
3 x 12-15 Romanian Deadlift
4 x 10 Wide Grip Lat Pulldown
3 x 15 Seated Leg Curl
5 x 10 EZ Bar Curl
3 x 20 Wide Handlebar Seated Cable Row
Cardio: 30 minutes on stepmil/stair climber, alternating between moderate to hard effort every 2 minutes.
