Today was a "Pull" day...

3 x 10 Hex Bar Deadlift

3 x 8-10 Reverse Grip Pulldown

3 x 8- each Single Arm Seated Row Machine

3 x 12-15 Romanian Deadlift

3 x 10, 8, 20 Seated Leg Curl

3 x 10-12 each Concentration Curl
superset w/
3 x 10 EZ Bar Curl

3 x 20 Wide Handle Bar Seated Row

Whew! Intense! And I still have 30 minutes of cardio to do tonight!
