Throwing on some fun tunes and moving in the great outdoors is one of my favorite ways to connect with my body.
When was the last time you checked in with your body and asked yourself what you need? If it’s been a while, maybe today is a good day to engage in a little self care. In our stressful, fast paced world, it is a necessary ritual.
In fact, this message is a reminder for myself! I have been moving so quickly here in Japan, and today I am committing to pampering my achey body with some yummy yoga! Can’t wait to share more of the spicy and beautiful content Steph and I have been creating during our trip. This experience has truly been one for the books. ❤️
