👉 Barbell hip thrusts: 135lb/15 reps, 155lb/15 reps, 165lb/12 reps, 165lb/15 reps,
👉 Overhead walking lunge: 6lb/20 steps, 10lb/20 steps.. finishing off with 12lb/20 steps x2
