✨️Dumbell walking lunge (15lb each side)
✨️Box jumps (low platform)
✨️Smith donkey kicks - no weight (assisted deadlift machine, might need a spotter to keep from bar locking)
✨️25lb plate RDLs
✨️Cable machine - walk out sideways a few steps,
10 squats from the side position
✨️From there, cable twist away from machine 10 times. Repeat both exercises from both sides.
✨️V-ups 12 times
✨️ plank 1min
2 sets each super set. Except dumbbell walking lunge & box jumps, those are 3 sets.
