Iโve always been one to be active since my mid 20s. Since entering my 30s Iโve been here or there with being consistent with a workout routine. The last 3 weeks Iโve been going at it rather consistently between running, yoga, and lifting weights. I wanna not only be sexy but be healthy and for me being healthy means keeping/building muscles and being able to outrun a zombie in a zombie apocalypse.
