

Ok so I’m asked a lot about what I eat or how I train in the dms so I decided to share a bit of my daily things on here ! So this is a squid salade with mango and fennel. The squid was fried in olive oil with Chili powder garlic power sweet hot pepper. Everything else is raw and seasoned with garlic and olive oil coriander and aneth (idk the name of that herb in English) it’s really fucking good so try it !
