When I first started tracking calories and working out I couldn't eat more than 2200 without getting fluffy🙈, but now after 7 trips around the sun training, putting on 15+ pounds of muscle, and working out 6 days a week I am eating 2500 a day and barely gaining anything💪 Stay with it!😊 The journey can be long but so worth it. the longer you stick with it the easier and easier it gets. I promise! (or at least that's what has happened for me lol)🤷‍♀️
