I stopped attaching trailers for awhile in DMs because a lot of people got confused about what they had purchased. I began adding trailers again recently because people were complaining how there were *no trailers*. However, now, a number of people have been accusing me of unsavoury things (not my flavour, thanks). Without taking the time to ask politely if there was some mistake.
So I am here to remind you two things:
1. Press the > arrow on the media you purchased in your DM box. If you see the quantity is 3/7 for example, that means you are on video 3/7. This includes ALL the trailers PLUS the purchased videos. If there are 3 trailers then the purchased videos would start at 4/7. If you had not purchased the videos, then you wouldn't be able to see all 7. You would be able to scroll to 3/7 only. Once purchased you can go all the way to 7/7. This sort of example would also have a description talking about FOUR full length videos.
It is easier when there is one video, as the trailer is 1/2 and the purchased video is 2/2. If there are 3 videos with one trailer, trailer will be 1/3 and purchased 2/3 and 3/3.
2. If you click the homepage button you will see on the wall feed there is a **purchased** tab. Anything you have unlocked from **any** page will be listed here.
3. If you ever think someone is trying to rip you, you can get to the same result of finding out by asking politely, trust me! I have zero tolerance, 1 strike rule, for people being rude on here, and I suggest you practice better ways to communicate to another person.
If you are wondering what I mean:
AWFUL: I am disappointed in you, I can get a ten second video anywhere. This purchase was so bad. (Result, I block or restrict you)
Better: Hey, I purchased a video/bundle how do I access the videos that I bought? OR hi, maybe I misunderstood the caption, how do I find the videos I purchased that are longer than the trailers?
I have sympathy and I do understand there are certain types of ladies on here with different practices in misleading people. If you ever have a question before you buy a video I will try my best to answer and help you. It makes no sense to buy something then yell at me immediately after. I, too, come across people I am uncertain about or have been ripped by people. This is why I say you can get to the same result by asking nicely, a normal response will resolve the issue, and a shady response will not resolve the issue.
4. As an extra bit, if a video doesn't show it might be your DRM is not turned on and OF has a lovely article covering that issue in their help section. "How to Enable DRM in Different Browsers"
Thanks
