***BLOSSOM LIFE UPDATE*** Hello darlings! This TMI post delves into the nitty-gritty boring details of my day-to-day life. ***If you enjoy this, let me know for more posts like it.*** đ
I will first preface with apologies for being less active in chats recently. I have been home a lot with little one between Christmas break, snow, and digital hiccups. My other page got deleted and a few days ago now my Tumblr. Overall, I'm in the process of rearranging my life and work for a more efficient and healthy combination.
⨠***Health***
I'm currently on a three-to-six-year journey of allergy shots and a two-year stint with braces. After waiting for a year and a half, I finally got to see an allergist. I am very excited to begin the shots! Suffering from debilitating allergies for as long as I can remember, I underestimated how much they drained my life force. My journey into immunology started after a transformative trip to Hawaii five years ago. While visiting Hawaii, I had an abundance of energy and radiance, lost five LBs in a week, did not sneeze or cough, and felt this vitality I thought was not possible for me.
It was after that I began the path of seeking out an immunologist. I got my vials and everything was set to go. Except, I got pregnant 𤰠and you cannot take the lovely mixture while you are. After I gave birth, the shots were expired. Now here I am, five years later, getting back to where I once was. I am allergic to cats, dogs, trees, grass, and dust. I have a fluffy maine coon who rests on my head each night and a chihuahua that rests beside me. Before I was pregnant my allergies were actually worse and they improved a lot after giving birth, which my immunologist told me is common. Isn't that cool and incredible?
Having a baby also improved my sleep phase disorder which I have known about for over a decade and been treated for. Overall, having a baby improved my health.

On **braces**, I got these a couple months ago and it has been a huge change in the amount of time committed to dental hygiene. There are a lot of dental problems in the history of my family. I honestly had NO idea how much braces can impact your life if needed. A dentist recommended I get braces and once I got the scans done at the orthodontist I learned how much misaligned teeth can wreak havoc on your health as you age.
This is a small commitment to care for my older self and give her a happier life as she ages! I have been on this fix-my-teeth quest for the last year now. It is very expensive, as obviously I do not have insurance to cover it, but am on track. (Also thank you guys for being here because you help pay for my braces, my dental work, any of my little guy's regular dental check ups, and now my allergy shots đĨē). After the braces are off, my goals are to get a tooth implant, a sinus lift, and to fill in any gaps between my teeth caused by the braces.
I have had skin issues for years, my skin improved significantly after I began getting the dental work I needed. Which was also something I did not know would be related. Still have a ways to go on my goals for my skin, but definitely a big change has already happened!

⨠***Productivity***
1. Essentialism
2. Atomic Habits
3. Trident Calendar
4. Playing more
Engaging with "**Essentialism**" to streamline my efforts and eliminate unnecessary tasks. I'm focusing on goals like growing my Instagram account, limiting email checking, and incorporating more fiction reading.
I feel I have set myself up to be busy enough as a single mama, I don't see why I need to sabotage my life and energy levels by putting more on myself. I am still working out the details.
- Focus my greatest efforts on IG
- Get to one million followers on IG on my main account this year
- Answer messages on OF once a day (will change when I can âšī¸)
- Stop checking email so much (DONE) âī¸
- Read more fiction (am reading daily on my kindle)
- Re structure triggered habits not helpful to time management
- Film 1-7 PPVs per week
- Film 10+ new reels a week
- Film 1 try on video per week
- Write 1x a week on dollsdiary as people keep asking and I enjoy writing

Habits are cool because as you do them they become automatic and use less brain power. Freeing up your brain power for creativity and energetic means. Which, I need both very much!
Exploring "**Atomic Habits**" to cultivate positive habits, including increased water intake, stretching, and a mindful morning routine. It's an ongoing process requiring self-awareness and practice. One exercise is writing down EVERY SINGLE THING you do for a day to check your habits. Which even writing that, is overwhelming. I have done a light version of this. Restructuring unproductive habits is a conscious effort.
New habits that are working for me:
- More water (water bottle in every room)
- More stretching (yoga mat beside my bed) (1x day morning or night)
- No email in morning and delete app off phone
Not working out so far:
Exercise before bringing little one to school. This might be a little ambitious given my sleep disorder and how dark it is in the AM. So far has happened 0%. I may have to restructure it to the afternoons somehow with him?

**Trident Calendar** I recently found out from a favourite youtuber I watch a lot. I have three day planners at all times (one fridge, one online and one small book) and have kept one daily for over twenty years. I love them!
The trident calendar is a neat system to plan your year, week, and day. I only implemented it last week and already my routine has been snatched! I love it. Please look it up â¤ī¸

On **playing more**, it is so easy for me to just work, work, work. No matter how much I want or mean to play Fortnite, Mario or World of Warcraft. I just...work. There is an endless amount of "stuff" to be busy with. Especially in content creation. Which is why I am zoning in on essentialism I talked about earlier.
At least once a week I am committing to some enjoyment of playing a favourite game. I spend so much time each day focused on my little guy and making sure he gets play in that will help him. It has been too easy to overlook myself.

My biggest change for here is setting specific days for filming content, optimizing my workflow for efficient content creation. I acknowledge the challenge of time constraints within a fragmented work schedule. I used to always go by my female cycle, however it has been weird lately and unreliable. So, I figured, well, realistically I can film every week some sort of video and make it so automated it uses less energy.
On here I am committing Wednesday and Fridays for filming full lengths and NSFW pictures. My scripts written and labelled, my toys clean and ready, equipment charged, and clothes steamed, organized for filming on the Sunday ready for the Wednesday. I am also committing to checking messages once per day, more if I can, and I send campaign videos as soon as I see them (I get emails).
I hope you guys have the loveliest week and I will be on doing replies today. After I am done filming and tending to little guy â¤ī¸ Feel free to message me any thoughts you have what works for you in organization or productivity too!
Xoxo đ
