You can do it at home with no equipment, great for first-timers or pros! Plus a lil cheeky locker room booty at the end ππ§ββοΈ. Personal Training and teaching HIIT is my usual day job, and this was my first go at a video like this, it took me a long time to edit! If you guys love it I'll make more π.
