

During last few days I had my first competition after a long break and I was really nervous before it and I even did not know to take part in it or not. But I decided, why not. 🫶
And now I know the results and they are not good for me, I did not win and I am not even in top-3 and I am really disappointed about it... 💔💔
I do not know how to calm down and I feel that I fall in depression as I really expected to win ... Maybe you can find the way to calm me down or raise my spirit dear or just raise my mood?💖
