

Today I want to write a post about my regimen, which I've been trying to stick to for 4 months now 😎 I go to ***gym 3 times a week***, every workout I have different challenges and it's very interesting. Always at the end of the workout I still ***little bit of running***. But like everyone, there are times when I ***really don't feel like going anywhere***😅 But I'm fighting it and so far I'm doing really good at it I plan on going to the gym non-stop for at least a year. Do you sometimes feel lazy about going to the gym too?
