Iām drinking my coffee and getting ready for my stretching session. Today is split dayāI just need a little more push! My coach said that my body will keep fluctuatingāsometimes moving forward, sometimes taking a step back. And even when I finally get into a full split, it wonāt mean I can just do it anytime. Iāll have to push even further to always have that flexibility reserve. So yeah, thereās still a lot of work ahead š
