

People online keep mentioning that I’ve lost a lot of weight… and I have. I got tendinitis from doing a lot of pull-ups and it has lingered for almost a year now, so I took some time off of lifting heavy and it is finally almost gone. This is where I’m at now. Yes I’m like 40 pounds smaller than I was but I still have meat on my bones. I’m 6’4 with long arms so ya from some angles I’m gonna look lanky. But now that I can lift heavy again I’ll get it back quick 😏
