THORACIC EXTENSION
 When doing any pressing exercise, it is a must to get into thoracic extension to maximize strength and to lift without injury. I guarantee without it that you will get hurt sooner or later.

                        Strong arms make everything better. I recommend 6-12 intense working sets a week for biceps. I’ve always hit the muscles from many different grips and angles, this will provide max stimulation to all parts of the muscle and prevent over training.
