I’m so anxious this morning, my head is still spinning from all the lies told in court yesterday. I’ve been on the phone an hour and a half to remove the ex roommate as my medical proxy and emergency contact. I really don’t want to count all the drs I have to make this phone call to.
I’ve been mostly approved for an apt but even with the income restrictions I don’t make enough. The apt manager told me a couple places in town would be my co-signer bc I’m homeless fleeing a domestic abuse situation

Welp, the judge didn’t deem the situation was enough for me to need a restraining order. The judge didn’t see the video of him nor the text messages. The stupid fucker lied *under oath* raised his right hand and everything. He told the judge that I put out his lit cigarette on his back. that he left in an ashtray. The fight Saturday night when he had bailed on our plans after he flipped out on me for telling him we needed to rebuild trust, in as close to his words as I recall, “(he) walked away from me and lit a cigarette, I followed 30sec later, he got up and left his cigarette in the ashtray, I (me peaches) picked up said cigarette, followed after (him), and put out the cigarette on (his) back.”
Flabbergasted. Miffed. Dismay. Bewilderment.
