happy Wednesday loves Little life update! I hurt my trapezius and upper back while doing a dead lift two days ago. It was silly. Iโm mad at myself ๐ Waking up the next day I could barely move my back, arms or neck so I decided it was necessary to go see a professional. I went to see a chiro for the first time in my life and my back feels a bit better this morning. I donโt want to skip the gym tonight though, Iโve been doing so good for two months straight.. merp The chiro told me I actually had a muscle spasm on my trapezius as well as a displaced rib so Iโm glad I listen to my instinct and when to get checked up. With retrospect, I burned myself out. I burned out emotionally, mentally and physically. Juggling the hospital life and the social media life without any clear schedule, any clear days off was doomed to end in such way. What felt like my biggest passion, my place to be myself, to express myself artistically and to emit ideas freely slowly lost all passion. I want so bad to find that passion back. And I know I will. My life already feels so much better with structure and allowed time away, time for myself. I want to find my voice again and share the passion, the emotion, the life lessons, the creativity, the positivity on here, and to feel good about myself doing it.
